Terms of Service

Last updated: October 13, 2026

These terms apply to your use of SpreadWell, operated by Ears to Hear LLC (“SpreadWell”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using SpreadWell, you agree to these terms.

About SpreadWell

SpreadWell is an AI-powered marketing platform that helps businesses organize brands and products, create marketing content, manage marketing assets, plan campaigns, schedule content, and connect external services such as Facebook and Instagram for publishing.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure, for the accuracy of the information you provide, and for activity in your account and workspace, including the actions of team members you invite.

Acceptable use

Use SpreadWell only for lawful purposes and in line with the rules of any platform you connect. You are responsible for the content you create, approve, and publish.

Prohibited conduct

  • Sending spam or unsolicited messages.
  • Publishing deceptive, unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
  • Uploading content you do not have the right to use.
  • Trying to access other customers’ data or bypass security.
  • Interfering with or overloading the service, or reverse-engineering it.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you upload or create in SpreadWell, including images, videos, logos, documents, and brand information.

You give SpreadWell permission to store, process, and transmit your content only as needed to provide the service — for example, to generate drafts, show your content to your team, and publish content you approve to services you connect.

AI-generated content

SpreadWell uses AI to suggest research, plans, and marketing content. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all marketing content before it is published.

No guaranteed results

SpreadWell does not guarantee marketing results, reach, engagement, sales, revenue, or approval by any third-party platform.

Third-party integrations

When you connect services such as Facebook or Instagram, your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and policies. Those services may change, limit, or stop features at any time, which may affect what SpreadWell can do. You can disconnect integrations at any time.

Subscriptions, billing, and free trials

If paid plans or free trials are offered, their prices, billing periods, and trial details will be shown to you before you subscribe and will apply to your purchase.

Cancellation

You can stop using SpreadWell at any time. To close your account and request deletion of your data, see our Data Deletion Instructions.

Intellectual property

SpreadWell, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to Ears to Hear LLC. These terms do not give you ownership of SpreadWell itself.

Suspension or termination

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk.

Service availability

We work to keep SpreadWell available, but the service may sometimes be interrupted, changed, or unavailable. SpreadWell is provided “as is” and “as available”.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Ears to Hear LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of SpreadWell.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
