Third-party services

When you connect services such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), information you share with those platforms is also subject to their own privacy policies and terms. We encourage you to review them, including the Meta Privacy Policy.

SpreadWell also relies on service providers for hosting, storage, AI text generation, and web research in order to provide the features you use.

Access tokens and integration credentials are stored securely on our servers. They are not sent to your browser and are not intentionally exposed publicly.

Disconnecting services

You can disconnect a connected service at any time from the Connections page in SpreadWell. When you disconnect, the stored tokens for that connection are deleted. You can also remove SpreadWell’s access directly in your Facebook settings. See our Data Deletion Instructions.

Data retention

We keep your information while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Some limited records may be kept longer where legally or operationally required.
