Data Deletion Instructions

You can disconnect connected accounts and ask us to delete your SpreadWell account and data at any time.
1. Disconnect Facebook or Instagram in SpreadWell
- Sign in to SpreadWell and open Connections.
- Choose the business, then click Disconnect on the Facebook or Instagram card.
- The stored access tokens for that connection are deleted right away.
2. Remove SpreadWell from Facebook
- On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites.
- Find SpreadWell and click Remove.
- This stops SpreadWell from accessing your Facebook Pages and connected Instagram accounts.
3. Request deletion of your account and data
Email support@spreadwell.app from the email address on your SpreadWell account with the subject “Data deletion request”. Tell us whether you want your whole account deleted or only data from a specific connection.

- Your account and profile information.
- Connected account details and access tokens.
- Business, brand, and product information you entered.
- Uploaded images, videos, logos, and documents.
- Content, campaigns, and drafts stored in SpreadWell.
Some limited records may need to be kept where legally or operationally required, such as billing or security records. Content already published to Facebook or Instagram stays on those platforms until you remove it there.
